Shipping times
The shipment of your parcel
Packages are generally sent within 15 days of receipt of payment and shipped with partner couriers for both national and international shipments. The customer is provided with shipment tracking.
In the event of delays due to restocking or caused by the extension of supply times by our suppliers, delivery of the purchased products will still be made within 60 working days. In this case Fierashop S.r.l. will take care to communicate to the customer, via the email entered at the time of the order, the accumulated delay not resulting from our management. If for any reason beyond our control the accumulated delay exceeds 60 days, Fierashop will refund the amount spent by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties for further waiting.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs and costs requested by couriers. We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.
