Levenhuk 850B Biological Binocular Microscope - LEVENHUK

The Levenhuk 850B is a biological binocular microscope equipped with planachromatic optics for brightfield observations in transmitted light. It is used in different types of medical centers for urological, dermatological, biological, biochemical, anatomo-pathological, cytological research and general clinical laboratory research.

The microscope is equipped with a 360º rotatable binocular head with a 30º tilt angle and a 4-objective nosepiece. The nosepiece with the relevant objectives is oriented towards the inside of the instrument: the user can see which objective is inserted in the optical path and the space above the stage remains free. The interpupillary distance is adjustable within a wide range. The set includes 10x eyepieces with a 22mm field of view, which allows you to view a large area of the specimen.

The focus of the microscope is adjustable using the coarse and fine focus knobs . The focus handles move the stage vertically and horizontally along two axes perpendicular to each other. The table is not equipped with a positioning rack. The low-positioned table knob enhances the user experience. The sample holder is designed to accommodate two samples. Thanks to the smooth focus adjustment and stage movement mechanism, movements occur quickly and easily.

The use of an LED light source increases the resolution of the microscope . The LED is mounted on the base, you can adjust its brightness and it lasts a long time before a replacement is necessary. Field and aperture diaphragms enable the Köhler illumination method. The illuminator runs on AC power (220V power cord included).

Attention: For information regarding the correct mains voltage, consult the specifications table. Never attempt to connect a 110V device to a 220V power outlet, or vice versa, without using a voltage converter. Remember that the mains voltage in the United States and Canada is 110 V and 220–240 V in most European countries.
